Roadside Mowing

Attention Ratepayers:

The 2024 Roadside Mowing program will commence on July 8th. The three mowers will begin in different locations across the Municipality, with one beginning in Division 6, one in Division 4 and one in Division 1 at the south ends, working north.

Only designated M.D. roads will be mowed, as the focus is on school bus routes, hard surfaced roads and heavily-used municipal gravel roads.

Mowing contractors will respect any existing swaths in the ditch, but other accommodations will not be made, as the number of miles in the contract are set.

Please slow down to a safe speed when passing the roadside mowers or other equipment. Thank you!

If you have questions, please contact Shelby Oracheski at soracheski@mdwainwright.ca  or 780-842-4454.
