Join the M.D. of Wainwright and Ilan Domnich, Native Bee Stewardship Specialist with the Alberta Native Bee Council, for an informative evening learning about bumble bees and building bumble bee boxes!
Help make your yard a more friendly place for our native bees by building your very own bee hotel! Learn about bumble bee identification and reporting tools you can use to help conserve these important native bee species.
Participants are to supply their own electric drill for this event and gloves are recommended.

6:00-6:30pm Registration and Refreshments
6:30-8:30pm Presentation and Bumble Bee Box Building
There are limited seats available for this event and M.D. of Wainwright ratepayers will be prioritized. A waitlist will be created for non-ratepayers and if space allows, participants will be notified in the order they are waitlisted. This event is offered at a cost of $25/person and payment will only be accepted in cash at the door. Please register by April 24th at 4:30pm.
