Join the M.D. of Wainwright Cindy Suelzle Education Director at the Sakaw Community Gardens Edmonton for an educational evening learning about food preservation!

This workshop will cover different ways to preserve fruits and vegetables we produce in our own gardens, including freezing, canning, dehydrating and fermenting. Cindy will teach how to implement these different methods safely and will make recommendations on proper equipment.
