RCMP will remain on the scene to secure the area overnight. Access for collection of belongings will resume on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 0800.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Access continues to be restricted to registered campers only. Identification is required, and will be verified before entry is permitted.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Residents and visitors are asked to monitor official M.D. of Wainwright channels only for verified updates:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; MD of Wainwright Facebook page<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; MD of Wainwright website<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Safety remains the highest priority.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A call center for the incident has been established.
