The Oiling Crew is supervised by the Oiling Foreman, designated by the Director of Pubic Works. The Oiling Foreman ensures that appropriate warning signs are in place to alert traffic from all directions that construction is in progress. The signs shall remain until the road is in safe normal driving conditions.
