The Riverdale Mini-Park is located in a picturesque river valley only 10 miles north of Wainwright on Highway 41, and is a beautiful location to play a round of golf or go camping with the family. It features a charming clubhouse with cafe, laundry area and showers, camping area with a sani-dump, ball diamonds, horseshoe pits, mini-golf course, playground, and river and beach area nearby. For the avid golfers, there are two nine-hole golf courses to challenge all skill levels. One course is a par-three course, with the other being a regular 9 hole golf course. The clubhouse carries golf carts for rental, as well as golf supplies.
The Riverdale Mini-Park is a great place to have your company picnic, golf tournaments, family reunions, family get-together, spend a weekend camping, or go golfing for the afternoon.
Seasonal Reservations Open March 1st
The Riverdale Mini-Park will be open for seasonal reservations beginning March 1st.
Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Riverdale Reservation Policy
All camping fees are to be PAID UP FRONT in the form of cash, cheque or credit card. No reservations are to be taken without payment being received.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your stay. The first night’s camping fee will be retained if 48 hours notice is not received. Monthly and Seasonal refunds will only be given for emergency situations and will be subject to a 10% Administration Fee on the total refund.
Reservations made in person will have priority over telephone calls. Absolutely no fax or email requests will be accepted.
New Reservation Policy:
- March 1 to 9 - Seasonal bookings are accepted (ie. paying seasonal rate)
- March 12 to 16 - Seasonal and monthly bookings are accepted (28 consecutive days or more)
- March 19 to 31 - Seasonal, monthly and weekly bookings are accepted
- April 1 to September 30 - Seasonal, monthly and weekly bookings are accepted
- April 1 to 30 - Accept daily/weekend bookings (anything less than 6 consecutive nights) for the period of May 1 to July 2
- May 1 to 31 - Accept daily/weekend bookings for the period of May 1 to July 2
- June 1 to 30 - Accept daily/weekend bookings for the period of June 1 to July 31
- July 1 to 31 - Accept daily/weekend bookings for the period of July 1 to September 3
- August 1 to 31 - Accept daily/weekend bookings for the period of August 1 to September 30
- September 1 to 30 - Accept daily/weekend bookings for the period of September 1 to 30
